Company History

ShopAndroid is powered by Smartphone Experts, a leading online retailer and manufacturer of smartphone accessories powering a network of e-commerce stores that offer a wide selection of products, rapid fulfillment, and knowledgeable expert support. In addition to our own line of bestselling products, we retail accessories from over 80 manufacturers covering all popular smartphones sold in the US.

Since 2002 we have shipped over two million orders to satisfied customers worldwide. We pride ourselves in providing excellent sales and customer service.

In 2007, Smartphone Experts ranked as the fastest growing retailer on the Inc. 500 list of private companies in America, also achieving an impressive 37th overall position on that list.

Where are you located?

Our Canadian warehouse opened its doors in June 2010 in order to better serve our Canadian customers. All ShopAndroid accessory orders placed on ShopAndroid ship from our warehouse based in Carignan, QC (about 20 miles south-east of Montreal). See Contact Us for more information.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We don't charge your account until the day your order ship. For companies and governmental organizations, we also accept Purchase Orders. Please contact our Sales office at (866) 357-4389 to setup an account.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We use Canada Post as our primary carrier for all orders.

Sales Tax

The sales tax rate is based on where your purchase is being shipped, delivered or picked up. The following sales tax rates apply:

• Alberta: 5% GST
• British Columbia: 12% HST
• Manitoba: 5% GST
• New Brunswick: 13% HST
• Newfoundland&Labrador: 13% HST
• Northwest Territories: 5% GST
• Nova Scotia: 15% HST
• Nunavut: 5% GST
• Ontario: 13% HST
• Prince Edward Island: 5% GST
• Quebec: 5% GST + 9.5% PST
• Saskatchewan: 5% GST
• Yukon: 5% GST
